So I believe this new docking might have issues too.įunny to say, this new replacement dock's serial number does not exist in your device database so I'm not allowed to add it my account. You were also suppose to collect the old docking, but this also seems to be forgotten, I contacted you one last time 1 month ago and you were to follow it up.So I decided to plug that one back in since I already have it here, updates just fine. I have images and log of the firmware update which I can provide if I have somewhere to contact. I first had issues with colours on the docking and I got a replacement (9 months after I contacted.) which solved that, now I'm experiencing ethernet problems and sometimes I don't find my monitor.

I'm writing here because the Official way of contact seems to fail and I hope to shine some light on my issue so that it may finally be solved.
